Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account or contact our customer service team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Pack Your Item

  Carefully repackage your instrument in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location or schedule a collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
